Reiki isn’t limited by time or space…energy flows wherever it’s needed. Distance Reiki allows you to receive the same calming, restorative benefits as an in-person session, all from the comfort of your own home. During a session, I connect with your energy field to help release blocks, restore balance, and invite a deep sense of peace and clarity.
Many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded, even across great distances. Others feel tingling in the area of concern.
How it works
First we connect via phone or zoom/facetime (client’s choice) and have a 5 minute mini-consult to hear your concerns and set an intention for the healing.
Second I text you my curated meditation music mix for you to press play at the agreed time, You find yourself a quiet space and prepare to begin.
Third I begin with a short spoken meditation to ground you to mother Gaia as I open up the channels and call in Source energy to begin the flow of Reiki. I usually start with your crown chakra and then go wherever your body calls me.
